A POWER SOLUTION Success Story: Change Management Office for REPSOL

Process digitalization is essential to improve safety in industrial environments. At POWER SOLUTION we are committed to the digital transformation of our clients, and a clear example of this is the Change Management Office (CMO) that we launched for REPSOL. This project, started in 2020 and currently in the operational support phase, covers both upstream assets and downstream industrial complexes that REPSOL operates in Spain, Portugal, Norway, Latin America and the United States.

In collaboration with Atos, we have implemented the ‘Control of Work’ system (9.4.15 | 3.3.0) and other Enablon tools such as Manage of Change (MoC), Barriers and iDiagrams Manager. This suite, recognized as a standard in the oil & gas industry, is a leader in industrial operational risk management (IORM) software. It allows to manage work permits in a simple, intuitive and secure way, integrating work control documentation, risk analysis and isolation management. Among the services we have provided to REPSOL are:

· Validation of workflows

· Generating documentation for change requests

· Opening tickets in Enablon and ServiceNow

· Quality control in ticket resolution

· Interlocution between the client and Enablon to communicate needs

· Design and execution of test cases (DevOps)

· UAT support for end users

· BowTie License Management

Our experience in this Change Management Office (CMO), where we apply the latest technologies and best practices, enables us to impulse a wide variety of projects in various sectors.
